Mirroring Body Language

When you see people engaged in conversation and they have a rapport going, they are both interested in what each other has to say, you will notice they seem to take the same poses, both have their arms crossed or when one of them leans forward so does the other. Do these people know consciously what they are doing? The answer is no, these actions are done subconsciously because they are so engaged in the conversation. This technique is good for seducing women because it enables you to build up a rapport and it will activate such feelings as comfort, being understood, protected and the feeling of ease.

How to Mirror Body Language:

The simple answer is to copy her posture, copy the movements of her hands and to just basically use your body in a similar fashion to hers. There are 3 stages to mirroring; following, pacing and leading.

Following:

This is where you copy the specified person after she has done them. Although in your mind this seems stupid and extremely obvious, as long as you do it quickly enough and don't make it obvious, she will be clueless to what you are doing. To summarise just copy what she is doing with her body.

Pacing:

This is a lot trickier then following, as you have to pace her movements at the same time as her. It may seem impossible, but it is not. Ever had a moment where you and someone did the same thing at the same time (for example both itching your elbow at the same time) and laugh about it thinking it was accidental. It was accidental, it is way you are both thinking similarly and happen to do the same movements. Pacing is the stage of mirroring before leading, where she will be following your movements it is gradually steps to get her more and more interested in you.

Leading:

The final stage of mirroring her body language, if you have done the mirroring correctly and a strong rapport has been built then you can move onto this final stage. Once you feel a strong rapport has been growing, try a movement such as cross your legs or moving forward. If even she does not do the exact same movement as you it does not matter. For example if you scratch your arm and she scratches her head you still have a achieved leading.
